US Republican Party presidential hopeful Donald Trump will meet former State Secretary Henry Kissinger as he seeks to develop his foreign policy, local media reported.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to The Washington Post, the meeting will take place on Wednesday in New York.Trump and Kissinger have held many phone conversations, and the Wednesday meeting will be their first face-to-face encounter, the newspaper reported.
Trump’s foreign policy has triggered much debate both nationwide and globally. During the presidential campaign, Trump has proposed stopping illegal immigration by building a wall on the US-Mexico border, and banning Muslims from entering the United States.
